We interviewed several agents who had been referred to us and chose Anna because we felt confident in our ability to work with her while selling a property from out of state. Certainly having a firsthand reference -- a good family friend had sold with Anna last year in Oro Valley and had great things to say -- but our experience working with her to sell the house confirmed what our friends had said. After providing Anna with the info on what we were looking for she quickly found a suitable property, which we immediately liked and eventually bought. As an out of state buyer we had the challenge of not being able to be present in person. Anna was our eyes, ears and feet on the ground. We did the initial showing as well as the home inspection through using the video capabilities on our phones, which was extremely helpful.
